The Tax The Rich campaign was created as part of a 2019 bus tour, where the touring team traveled across the nation to demand that presidential candidates support tax policies requiring the wealthy to pay their fair share. We worked closely with organizers and communities in over 20 states, aiming to simplify the often confusing complexities of tax policy (who doesn’t feel overwhelmed come tax season?) and link it to the everyday struggles faced by ordinary Americans. Through this campaign, we showed that addressing tax policy could lead to far-reaching change in our nation.
I was responsible for developing all branding assets and physical collateral for the campaign, from the bus wrap to the buttons. Every visual element in the campaign, down to the smallest detail, is a product of my creative direction and design work.
